Cheriess began her career as a student of Architecture at the University of Alaska SouthEast in 1999 in Juneau Alaska. Shortly after moving to Hawaii in 2001 her Drafting business took off. That led to a shortage in qualified builders to construct her plans. After several years of managing a several other Construction Companies, Cheriess decided to start her own and become a licensed General Contractor. 

Cheriess has been a licensed  General Contractor since 2012. Because her passion had stemmed from design and architecture, you can count every project of hers to be appealing to the eye and flow with its surroundings.

Brandon S Clark has been a Residential and Commercial painter for over 12 years on the East Coast. Since moving to Hawaii to be closer to Cheriess, he has joined forces with her in more than just Construction! 

As a Husband and Wife team, Cheriess and Brandon bring the best of both worlds to the table for their clients!
