This phase includes meeting our clients to determine their desired project goals for; a New Home, remodel to upgrade their existing home or an addition like a new garage, or a deck. 

A preliminary plan, cost estimate and a contract will be written. Once everyone is in agreement, blue prints will be drawn  and submitted for approval if needed!

Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire project. Communication is Key! We make sure everyone is aware of what is expected of them and do our best to take pictures daily of the progress, keeping everyone informed and involved every step of the way, especially our clients!

This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough  with our clients to ensure you are completely satisfied with our work. We give them a roll of blue tape to make any areas they see (if any) they want addressed!
